The unofficial centre of mountain biking on the Sunshine Coast. Parklands established itself as a gnarly, rocky, testing, series of fireroads in the early days that was frequented by motorbikes, logged and a bit of a dumping ground for lazy sods that couldn’t be bothered using the tip next door.
These days, Parklands is alive and well and extremely popular.
It’s a tough series of tracks that snake and wind through the ups and downs of the 655 hectares of conservation area.
