About Our Club

Our club was formed in 1993 and incorporated in 1995 when mountain biking (MTB) in Australia was in its infancy. Since then the club and the sport have gained popularity through advocacy and participation. The Bushrangers MTB Club is a volunteer based organisation run by enthusiasts, for the benefit of promoting and supporting mountain biking across the region.

We do regular rides all over Sunshine Coast and SEQ from Cooloola to Brisbane, in national parks, state forestries and council parks. Check out this website for more information on events, news, and for places to ride.

Event Details

A mix of new and old for this dirty weekend.

Saturday 3rd October meet at the Amos Rd trailhead of Jubilee Park, Toowoomba at 9.30am.

Bring a packed lunch. If these trails are fun an afternoon ride will be on the agenda.

We will head to Grandchester to camp overnight. It is just over an hours drive from Toowoomba.

Camping fees are $5 ( cash )per person per night. Toilets available, no showers, no power.

Dinner at the Grandchester Pub always has good reviews.

Sunday 4th October riding Hiddenvale. Be ready for ride off at 8am at the hut. Day trail pass at Hiddenvale is $20. You can sign in and pay online prior to avoid the lineup at the hut.

Monday 5th October is your own. Stay Sunday night and make the most of the weekend if your heart and legs desire.
