About Our Club

Our club was formed in 1993 and incorporated in 1995 when mountain biking (MTB) in Australia was in its infancy. Since then the club and the sport have gained popularity through advocacy and participation. The Bushrangers MTB Club is a volunteer based organisation run by enthusiasts, for the benefit of promoting and supporting mountain biking across the region.

We do regular rides all over Sunshine Coast and SEQ from Cooloola to Brisbane, in national parks, state forestries and council parks. Check out this website for more information on events, news, and for places to ride.

Bushrangers Xmas Party – Sat 8th December 2018

Hello everyone,

Awwwww yeah!!

Sonja has come up with a lovely idea of having our end of year party eating ‘endless’ pizza at a new brewery at near Tanawha. So I’m assuming it’s an industrial conveyor belt process funneling directly into our mouths.

The Glasshouse Brewery lads are finishing off their build and will be ready to host us at 4.30pm Saturday the 8th of December. The address is 330 Mons Road, Tanawha (i.e. the Kunara organic markets – so you can buy some expensive rolled oats while you’re there).

Cost will be $20 each if you want the pizza and partners are welcome (as long as they talk about how awesome bikes are etc).

Regards,

Michael Johns
Club Secretary

PS: If you don’t like beer I’m sure there will be other things to drink… and you are weird.
